Long before the ranch, Within Center was founded in 2021 in a home in central Austin, with a simple intention: to create a space where people could be deeply supported through real healing.
Since then, we’ve worked with over 1,500 individuals navigating stress, pain, and major life transitions. What began in a single room grew into something we couldn’t have planned — a practice shaped entirely by the people who walked through the door.
In 2024, we expanded to AWKN Ranch — the more intentional, immersive environment this work calls for. The same practice, held now in a space made for it.

We provide outpatient ketamine-assisted therapy, guided by medical professionals and grounded in safety and clinical integrity. At the same time, each session is held in a ceremonial setting.
To us, “ceremonial” means the experience is approached with care, presence, and intention. The space is thoughtfully designed to feel safe and grounding. We may incorporate elements like breathwork, music, energy clearing, and guided preparation to help clients settle their nervous system and enter the experience with clarity.
It’s not rushed or clinical in feeling. It’s something you’re guided through and held in.
We believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to fully experience what’s coming up. Our role is to hold that process with skill, attention, and respect — so each person can move through what they need to and come out with greater clarity and connection to themselves.
