The ceremony opens something. Integration is where you decide what to do with it. One-to-one and couples coaching sessions, booked one at a time or as a package of three or six.
Time with a coach to talk through what came up, find the decision inside it, and keep it from fading once ordinary life resumes.
When you went through it together, it helps to make sense of it together. Couples sessions give both of you room to say what you saw, and space for the conversation the ceremony started between you.
Couples sessions are priced per session for the two of you, not per person. Either partner can also add an individual session at the individual rate.
